A fourth 5-Square, Square-mesh Scallop Edge with an extra outer point and 2 Final Scallops


This Extra Outer Point Scallop uses two scallops to form the right vertical side. It has a border of 13 squares, 5 squares across the bottom of the scallop, 3 points along each inside edges of a scallop, and 4 points along the outer side of the right and left scallops.



The instructions for this scallop are as follows:

First Vandyke Scallop with straight vertical side
Row 1:       Net 2 knots in the foundation loop. (2 loops in the row)
Row 2:       Net 1 knot in the first loop, net 2 knots in the last loop. (3 loops in the row)
Row 3:       Net 1 knot in each loop except for the last loop, net 2 knots in the last loop. (4 loops in the last row)
Row 4:       Net 1 knot in each loop except for the last loop, net 2 knots in the last loop. (5 loops in the last row)
Row 5:       Net 1 knot in each loop except for the last loop, net 2 knots in the last loop. (6 loops in the last row)
